What we collect
When you submit the estimate form we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the job address, the service you need, an optional project timeline, your project description, your preferred contact method and any photos you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request and discuss your project. The form sends a notification email, with your photos attached, to the business owner. If you provide your email address, we send you an automatic confirmation that we received your request.
Where it is stored
Requests are saved in a private location on the website’s server, not accessible from the public website, so Latham’s Construction can follow up. Uploaded photos are not published. We keep requests for as long as needed to respond and handle the project, then delete them. To ask us to delete yours, call or text (731) 616-9741.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden field, a timed token and rate limiting. For rate limiting we keep a short-lived record of your IP address in server memory. A one-way hashed version is saved with your request.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are popular and count estimate submissions. We don’t send your name, phone, email, address or project details to Google Analytics.
Other services
Links to Facebook go to Facebook’s site, which has its own privacy policy. Email is sent through the business’s email provider. We don’t sell your information.
Phone and text
If you call or text (731) 616-9741, your carrier and phone handle that communication under their own terms.
